Random Things You Don't Need To Know
1. When I was ten years old, a horse named Reception stepped on my foot at camp and wouldn't get off. I had to
leave camp to get an x-ray. (Nothing was broken.) I can't remember if I ever rode Reception again after that.
2. I've lived in six different states so far: Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey.
If you count eight weeks every summer at camp, then add New Hampshire.
3. I'm vegan. I love animals so I don't eat them. My family is vegan, too.
4. For my birthday every year I throw myself a reading party. I get coffee and cake in bed, and then my family piles
in with me and we read together for hours. (I do this on Mother's Day, too.)
5. I write down the title of every book I read. I also record the author and date I finished the book.
My list goes back to 1992.
